A lot of people have the assumption that the best place to have an interview is in the office space Uxbridge office where they may or may not get the job. Whilst it is a good idea to show the potential employee the place where they could end up working, it is not something that is always needed and an interview can be a lot more productive if it is held outside of the office environment.
