The IRS offers the paper forms to people who are not choosing the e-file submission at local IRS offices. There is also a place on their website www.irs.gov where the forms can be downloaded.
Choosing the correct form is a decision you must make according to the criteria for each. The three forms, 1040EZ, 1040A, and 1040 re the forms to choose from for filing tax returns. The 1040EZ form is the simplest form of the three.
